In the Direct Sales business, distributors (also called associates) are the lifeblood of your business. It is imperative that they are feeling engaged, motivated and educated on your product and business plan. 

Events are a key way to communicate with your distributors. Often Roadshows and Conferences are used to provide regular updates to the teams. Incentive trips are also commonly used to incentivise sales and reward their hard work. 

It is, however, key that you ensure that all distributors leave the event feeling valued and part of the team.
